Each cosa buena item is hand made with precision and care. My designs preserve subtle details from my work steps and enhance the natural beauty of my used materials.


MADE IN GERMANY


cosa buena is designed in my studio in Saarbrücken, Germany. All pieces are cast from recycled gold and silver whenever possible. And made with the finest gems and conflict-free diamonds. 


GENERAL SHIPPING

 

cosa buena ships worldwide.

National items will be shipped within 2 business days from purchase, otherwise they will be made specially for your order and will require 2-3 weeks before shipping. Orders will be shipped via DHL. I'll send you a small parcel from Germany with DHL Paket. Insurance coverage is up to EUR 500.00 (loss/damage), included in price from EUR 4.99. You can get your shipment tracking online. For international orders I choose DHL Paket International. For EUR 13.99 (EU, Switzerland. and 220 countries) shipping and also insurance coverage up to EUR 500.00 are included

IMPORTANT: Please note that cosa buena includes documents that are necessary to allow for a smooth arrival in your country. However international packages may be subject to customs fees nonetheless. I hope you understand that these charges are outside of my authority, as they are defined by foreign government officials. These fees are therefore not included in cosa buena's shipping prices. Items that are unclaimed by a costumer and returned to my studio will not be reshipped, unless all incurred fees are payed for. cosa buena does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

 

EXCHANGES / RETURNS


Exchanges and Refunds are accepted until 14 days after the item is delivered. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within 14 days and MUST include its original packaging, receipt purchase and an return form, issued by my studio. Please contact [email protected] immediately to address your request and include a reason for return and I will then send you a Return Form and shipping details. 

In the event of a valid exchange/refund, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number & insurance) involved for returning the item. cosa buena does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to my studio.

 

CARE

 

Because of the materials, I recommend customers to handle the jewellery with care. It is delicate by nature and I encourage costumers to take extra care when wearing it daily. I also recommend taking your jewellery off when washing your hands, showering and sleeping. cosa buena is not responsible for broken or lost stones.

My gemstones are all natural and each unique to their cut and color. I’m proud of my stones and guarantee the best selection available. Please note that while I guarantee this quality, I, however, cannot promise exact replicas of the colors photographed due to the natural variations within the stone.
